Run by the people and venues from the town, we want to highlight the variety of great new music from the west and show off the cracking venues in the town, reinforcing the fact the town is always full of great music!
We had to postpone the usual date in February but have carried the event over to Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd October in 4 venues each day so back to our roots but extended. We will donate 85% of the profits to the venues and 15% to the Glastonbury Calling podcast for running costs this year.
Friday will run like the Saturday does from the early evening so if you are visiting book yourself somewhere to stay.
Tickets for the weekend are strictly limited with weekend going on sale first with Tier 1 at £20 until the end of June, Tier 2 at £25 from the start of July. If we have not sold out by the start of July Friday and Saturday Only tickets will go on sale.
Friday: SCALPING , Bite The Buffalo , IRIE FIRE , TwoManTing , Shoto-daito , The Bad Cowboys , Turner UK , The Love Handles , , The Idle Silence James Kench, Nevertheless , Stevie Nicole Brown , $auru$ and Zanni, Jim Killeen , Rileys Cove , Lewis Poole
Saturday: Ryan Walker and The Rin Tins , The St. Pierre Snake Invasion , Meeking , Grandmas House , Cosmic Ninja , Funkinsteins , DROOGS , Paradigm , The Jamestown Brothers , Mireille Mathlener Band , A Bottle of Dog , The Slacksons , Al O'Kane , Shanley , Twin City , Maaike Siegerist , Kurt Kallaugher , The Strangers Club , You me and him , Steve Henderson and Polly Carroll , Charlton LANE , Mr Keep Calm , Twinners , The Understairs , Eddie Mole-musician/songwriter , Craig and Alex Priddice , The Strode Live Showcase.
Spread over 4 venues The Riflemans, Queen of Cups, The King Arthur and The Red Brick, an advance ticket will buy you a wristband to cover all of the venues and music which is amazing value.
We have a wonderful ticket partner in Ether tickets and booking fees are very low and reduce down per ticket with the more tickets that you buy. This year due to limited capacity and Covid restrictions the event will be strictly over 18’s. As we do not know what will be in place at the time of the event we will have to stick to the Government regulations that are in place for the 1st and 2nd of October.
Due to the nature of the event and moving between venues it is not an event we can run with social distancing in place. If we aren’t able to run the event at all or at full capacity the tickets will be carried over to the backup date of Friday 18th and Saturday 19th March 2022 which will also be the date of Glastonbury Calling 2022. Ticket money will be protected and held at Either Tickets and not be used until the date of the event.
Thanks for being such a great crowd over the past 5 years of which we have donated over £10,000 to Glastonbury FM and other community projects.
